With ProofQuick, you can issue proofs in most any format currently used in advertising including the standard PDF, PNG, JPG, GIF, or EPS. We are always adding new formats, so if there is another format you need, just let us know.
4. Is there tracking and reporting available of every proof issued?
Detailed reporting by artist, approver, ad type, creation dates, due dates, among many others is available online real time. You have easy access to whatever stat or filter is required in multiple graphs and reports.
5. How many users can I have utilizing ProofQuick?
ProofQuick can support an unlimited number of users. Whether you have a small creative team or a large production facility, supporting a client base of 20 or 20,000 customers, ProofQuick has been engineered to efficiently speed the process.
6. What other hardware or software will I need?
ProofQuick is a completely web based solution which does not require any costly additional hardware or software. However to enable all features and functionality, the solution is best used with Adobe Air. Adobe Air, which is free, enables new functionality for your team’s use and easily downloaded.
7. What is the difference between the installed version and the browser version?
There is no difference functionality for your end customers. They can use the installed version or the browser. Their selection will provide no difference in look or functionality. For your creative team, however ProofQuick was built with Adobe Air to provide some added efficiencies in the development process – desk tray notifiers, drag & drop, enhanced reporting. If your creative team doesn’t need these features, they can also use the browser version. It’s your choice; you gain all of the principal advantages of ProofQuick in either version.
8. What about security?
ProofQuick uses standard internet security encryption to insure your media is safe and your customers are secure. This is the same level of security used for financial transactions throughout the web.
9. Where are my images and data stored?
All data and art archives are stored on our servers at a tier 1 hosting facility with daily backups and 24x7 support and monitoring. This provides you more bandwidth, more security and a safer environment than you could possibly provide for yourself without a significant investment.

11. Not all of my clients want electronic proofs. Does ProofQuick support print proofs as well?
We know that some of your clients still prefer to get printed proofs for inspection. This makes ProofQuick your sole proofing solution and completely focuses and automates the process.

ProofQuick is exceedingly flexible and it’s unlikely that the average business would require custom development, however this option is available. We have already provided and are currently working on several very specific custom solutions based around our ProofQuick technology.
